3rd ECU RULES CONFERENCE 2015

28th & 29th February 2015 – Vienna, Austria

The aim of the 3rd ECU Rules Conference was to host safety rules workshops for both cheerleading and cheer dance in order to enhance the understanding and consistent interpretation of those rules. With rules experts from the ICU that are responsible for the interpretation of the rules and training of safety judges on the international level, it was possible to guide the participants through the rules in a systematic approach and to have questions on legality and safety of elements answered authoritatively.

Participants from 17 member countries (Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and Ukraine) attended Cheerleading workshop (45 participants) and Cheerdance workshop (38 participants). Additionally 32 participants attended the Round Table discussion that is closed for ECU members.
