February Brings Second ECU Congress

Following the first virtual ECU Congress in 2021, ECU calls for registrations on the occasion of the second ECU congress on 18 and 19 February in a Zoom event.

The event will host ECU committees chairs on Friday, who will cover topics from their respective fields. Starting at 18.00, sessions will kick off with Michael Pasieczny’s pitch for an all-European coaches registry, followed by ECL’s Marko Sabol, who will discuss Covid regulations in a live competition setting. 

The second part of the evening will see the Judges Committee chair Anne Achte addressing judges looking for advice on how to get selected as a judge at Europeans. 

Friday sessions will be concluded by the Ursula Hann presenting the latest edition of ECU Rules. All panels will be are open to ECU national federations’ members.

Saturday’s plenary session will conclude the event with the evergreen topic of the future of European championships. The meeting, moderated by President Aljaž Britvič and Championship Committee chair Riikka Taivassalo, is limited to two representatives per ECU member.
